Course / Service Cancellations
- Order cancellations may be accepted before the course/service access has started, subject to our discretion.
- Once the course has commenced or digital content has been accessed/downloaded, cancellations will not be allowed.
- Any request for cancellation must be raised within 7 days of enrollment, provided the course has not started.
Replacement / Rescheduling (if applicable)
- As our services are educational and delivered digitally, returns are not applicable.
- However, in case of technical issues, wrong course enrollment, or duplicate payment, we may provide:
- Access to the correct course, or
- Rescheduling for another batch (if live classes).
- Such requests must be raised within 7 days of purchase.
Refunds
- Refunds are provided only in the following cases:
- The course/service was paid for but not delivered.
- Duplicate payment was made by mistake.
- Technical errors prevented access, and we are unable to resolve them.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
- Refunds will not be granted for:
- Change of mind after course access,
- Completion of a portion of the course,
- User not attending live sessions despite enrollment.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
