Refund and Cancellation Policy

Course / Service Cancellations

  • Order cancellations may be accepted before the course/service access has started, subject to our discretion.
  • Once the course has commenced or digital content has been accessed/downloaded, cancellations will not be allowed.
  • Any request for cancellation must be raised within 7 days of enrollment, provided the course has not started.

Replacement / Rescheduling (if applicable)

  • As our services are educational and delivered digitally, returns are not applicable.
  • However, in case of technical issues, wrong course enrollment, or duplicate payment, we may provide:
    • Access to the correct course, or
    • Rescheduling for another batch (if live classes).
  • Such requests must be raised within 7 days of purchase.

Refunds

  • Refunds are provided only in the following cases:
    1. The course/service was paid for but not delivered.
    2. Duplicate payment was made by mistake.
    3. Technical errors prevented access, and we are unable to resolve them.
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
  • Refunds will not be granted for:
    • Change of mind after course access,
    • Completion of a portion of the course,
    • User not attending live sessions despite enrollment.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
